I'm currently a graphic design student at DePaul University. I am passionate about designing UI/UX for games and seeing where the games stories meets with the UI.
Before transitioning into UI/UX and graphic design I was a cinematography major. During that time I learned a lot about storytelling and framing. With that background I am able to create designs that feel cinematic and tell a story visually.

About
I’m Connor — a graphic and UI/UX designer seeing where design can meet with story.
I have been studying design for about 2.5 years now and I am currently in my senior year at Depaul University set to graduate Spring or Winter 27'. I have been interested in UI/UX design since one of my favorite art teachers in high school introduced me to the field. I first went into cinematography and realized I had such a large passion for UI/UX design and made the switch. I made many good friends and connections during my time in cinematography whom I work with on passion projects to this day. Cinematography will always be a hobby of mine and has taught me the basic foundations of design, color theory and cinematic storytelling.
Over the past few years at DePaul I have greatly learned how to use my UI/UX skills effectively and was even selected to be part of a competitive Japan study abroad in summer 2025 where I met with industry leading studios and learned their process in graphic design, commercials, branding, UI/UX, game design and animation. Some of these studios included, Monopo tokyo, Wieden & Kennedy Tokyo, Grasshopper, OLM, inc and Hara Design Institute.
